I will meet with you at your home and perform a walk through, as a buyer would, and note the changes that we can make in order to get the maximum return on your investment.
Hands on Staging
After a consultation to view your home, as a team, you and I will put our plan into action. At this point, we will perform the necessary steps to accomplish our goal of bringing out the beauty of your home. The steps can be as simple as rearranging your furniture to steps that may require investing in vital aesthetics such as carpet or appliances. These investments will always bring the value of the house up!
Redesign
You don’t have to move to spruce up your home! Designing and Staging are two very different things. Designing is more personal and custom to one person. Staging, however, is more general and neutral, and to appeal to the eyes of a buyer. After talking with you and getting some background information of your lifestyle and hobbies, I can assist you in designing your home or room to fit your style.
Do It Yourself Manual
After a consultation you are not obligated to my services. I am more than happy to provide you a very detailed manual of recommendations to stage your own home, room by room. I will also provide you with guides, photos, tips and trick from the pros in order to help you get a start on your project.
Color Consultation
Color can unconsciously affect a person’s emotions, energy and sense of order or disorder. It also sets a tone and can make or break a room. If you’re simply wanting some help in choosing what colors would best compliment a room, I can help you with this. With home staging training, I have learned what tones, shades, and tints best compliment each other. How the certain lights hit these colors can also make or break a room. I will help you with this as well.
Closet and/or Storage Organization
If you’re not looking to redesign or stage your home and just want to organize your walk-in closet, garage, or storage shed, I can help you with this! I can put an order and easy to find structure to your closet or garage with out any construction!
Vacant Apartment and Home Staging
Vacant homes and condos sit on the market longer than even a poorly furnished home. This is because a vacant home feels cold, sterile and anything but home. Only about 10% of home buyers can actually visualize the potential of an unfurnished home. An empty home’s flaws stand out far more than those of a staged home. The buyer sees nothing but walls and floor, these flaws will scream at the buyer once he or she walks into the room. I will review the space and work with the client to stage the home in the way that best compliments the space.
Party/Event
If you’re throwing a party and just need help with decor, Existing Compliments can decorate for your event! If you want to take your party or event a step further, ask about the Party Package!
